Description

The Customer Service Support (CSS) person is one of the first points of contact for the company’s customer. The CSS is responsible for ensuring proper and accurate information regarding the service of the customer’s freight. The CSS maintains an efficient, professional and stellar example of what the company stands for not only to our customer base but to our internal customers, our driving fleet. The cultivation of both customers is essential function and an example of our company culture, The PRIDE Way.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm

Pay starts at: $18-20/ per hour DOE and includes a discretionary, performance-based, monthly incentive

  • Customer web site maintenance
